About me
I have been a photographer for many years, initially using it as a means to escape and explore new places, mountain tops. As my passion developed, so did my style, allowing me to experiment with genres such as street, sports, and landscapes. A pivotal moment came in 2025 when I photographed a band for the first time, which opened up a new skill set while immersing myself in amazing music. Since then, I've gained invaluable experience and discovered the vibrant UK music scene. Each event presents a chance to learn, grow, and connect with new people, and I've already made lifelong friends along the way. I have a specific look in mind, can you help with this? Yes! Of course, I will be flexible as you need. If you have a specific look, shot or style, feel free to send pictures or names of musicians you like the look of. I will do my best to accommodate
I am not based in your area, and my location is not listed, would you travel to me? Absolutely! New locations are just as exciting as regular venues. Before the gig, we can communicate via social media including Teams and Whatsapp, whichever best suits you
What's your shooting style? I love to take a range of photos including candid shots of the crowd, both focusing on the athmosphere and you as the band. I also ensure that every band member is covered, both with their individual "in action" shots and as part of the band itself, with some story telling images in between.
The venue I will be playing at will have difficult light. Will this be a problem? My camera equipment is professional grade including a mix of fast prime and zoom lenses to cover both wide angle and close up shots. I love shooting particularly when light is difficult, fog, lasers, flashes, because ultimately these are part of the event. The focus is on you as the band.
Do I own the photos? The photos are owned by the band, and you’re free to use them for promotion, social media, press, and other band-related purposes. I may also share selected images in my portfolio or on my own platforms. If you’d prefer to have sole or exclusive usage rights, that’s absolutely something we can discuss.
